I could use a little more information that this to help you----What browser are you using and exactly what does the problem seem to be----

Same thing here. Happening in both IE and Firefox. No image is displayed, only the image text that says "registration image" in Firefox and a red x placeholder in IE. If I right click in Firefox and choose the "View Image" option in Friefox, this is what I get in the new page

I think some how the hash generation script may have broke.

Are you running a fire wall and have you checked your IE privacy settings----they may be set too high-----I just tried the registration with firefox(which some people have problems with on this site)IE and netscape----went thru fine.
