Anyone remember Cavalier magazine? When I was a teenager, I bought a couple of issues at a used magazine store and still remember Mickey Jines, Carroll Harrison and Melanie Hightree. Miss Hightree was particularly appealing to me at the time. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Any scans of her or the other models would be appreciated.
