You don't have to 'sign up' to anything - just navigate thro' the various 'adverts' Stealth now throws at you by closing them until you get to the Uploaded page then wait the required 10 seconds to get the d/l button.
You will find that you don't have to got thro' the advert hoops for the remaining links, just the 2 word 'captcha'. - also you will need to turn off any script blocking you may have.
