simply because they fail to read the rules and do not know of the change---I posted it in advance because I had hoped they would comply with the new rule change and it would be unnessary for me to go thru the 9,000+ members one at a time to see if they complied ----this is a slow process ---then they email me and ask what happened ---this is causing alot of lost time for members since I am not online 24/7----So Members it is your responsibility to read the rules of the forum from time to time to make sure there are no changes and you are in compliance not mine
