proposal for posters

Hello gentlemen,

like many of you I think myarchives is a wonderful world for us retro-lovers. And, as otherwise was reported, it is successful. Each day there are more posts. And with the number of postings grows the possibility of duplicate postings.
I try avoid this by using the search-tool before I post pics of which I know the model's name. Nobody can overlook 10thousands of pics and it seems to be helpfull to use the instruments we have. It is a very tiny trouble for the individual poster but not to do it causes much labour for the moderators.

I hope this is be evident enough to realize it.

Many thanks for your efforts, Eddy, I know that when I first came here I posted away without much thought. It is, however, very helpful to practice the habit of checking for duplicates before you post. Some will always slip through but I sometimes find duplicates posted on the same day by two different posters and in some cases, the same poster.
Maybe not a big deal to you, but it does go along way in keeping this wonderful FREE site cleaned up and ready to be enjoyed!
