Uploading Pictures

So far today have tried to add pictures to posts, says done, then nothing ?, any ideas or just do a direct link ?

I've just joined up, and have tried to upload an image file (154k jpg) three times without success. It just says "Upload failed". The same with uploading an avatar (150x150, 20k). Also I can't see any attachments in any posts -- the attachment box is there but it's empty. It's not a firewall problem; other sites, such as FacialForum, are working fine.

I can't see anything in the rules about this, and at the bottom of the screen it says "You may post attachments". So what's up?

I'm using Firefox with Vista.
