Gents,
While I will not operate with a heavy hand I will and have zapped many non retro pics. If the same poster persists in posting them after being warned, he will be banished to pay porn site land.
Use your alert moderator button to alert us of non retro pics and flame wars (I have seen only a few in my 8 months here, thank goodness).

Flame wars --which get removed before they get started ----are when one member decides he knows better or is better than another member and starts personal attacks on them---such as calling another member stupid or other personal ---then in turn that member feels he must defend him or herself with more personal statements---this is not the place for that---we all come here to enjoy our selfs not to listen or see two people or more go at each other. that is why I practice ---if you can't say anything good ---say nothing. In the past I have stepped in and prevented this from starting --and will continue to do so----usually I delete the statement and send a PM warning to someone who made a personal statement on the board. If it continues I ban the one making the statements. It is ok to say I did not like the post or hey that is not retro----but when you make a statement like hey you Idiot thats not retro ---that is a personal attack. the (Idiot part) was not nessary. and calls for a response of kind.
