Why be so desperate????

Hi friends...
One thing ivé noticed latley is that the quantity of uploaded pics has increased a lot latley wich is really nice of course....
But sometimes i get the feeling that it´s like some think this is like the olympic games of retro erotica, the one who uploads the hugest quantity of jpg´s or whatever wins the erotic race on this site,i can be wrong but it´s a feeling i get....
Post what you think is good and hope that maybe some member will like it,that´s my tip anyway.


Here comes some tips, well you can slap me for a pig for writing this but i say it anyway it´s a free world..

1.Never ever upload pics whit www or copyrights,sitenames etc on them...
Rule nr1....

2.Eduacte yourself before you name a model, it´s better to say this model is unknown for me me than just guess and write some wrong name or aka,i think you´ll show respect for the model by acting this way....
Maybe some other site member can help you whit the name or aka etc....

i tend to agree with orvar. i myself have been uploading a bit lately, but i've started my own separate category and i've kept it specific and detailed to playboy centerfolds. if you're going to upload to a model or category, make sure you're not duplicating as best you can and try to get a name.

Well said ----and thanks to both of you for your posts ---I do not get to say thanks much as much of my time has been approving the Pictures before they appear on the board...So I have very little time to post And it helps speed up the approval process if they post no pictures with web addresses or copyrights on them ---I just have to delete them and they have wasted their time posting it and my time having to delete it.

I see nothing wrong with posting good retro pics as long as they're not reposts.But what I do see here & dislike are a lot of non-retro, current models posted under retro.When good retro pics are posted it shows the site is alive & has interest,hence more members comming in ,better for the owner,moderators & advertizers.Just my .02$,no offense intended...

I agree with you geocor, and the problem is a wide one----with retro--as being classififed on this board as anything before 1980. While I have watched my share of porn movies I can not profess to have seen and remember every porn movie made before 1980, both forgien and domestic. All I can say is if you so some that should not be there ----and you can ask ozzfan2 this about what I am saying. If you see some that you know were made after 1980 or has a copyright or webaddress on it ---If you will PM or email me the link to the photo I will remove it.

I did not start as the admin when the forum started so some slide by---also I am not perfect and I might not see it. some copyrights and web addressesare very light and hard to see while viewing thumbnails--in the approval process.

Will do ,BTW thanx for the great site.This site brings back many good memories of a great era of ladies for us old timers who participated in the art of hunting ladies in the 70's thru early 90's!IMO the most beatifull women came in the 70-80's period.The women as a whole today,w/very few exceptions, cannot compete!Long live the women of the 70's&80's.Long live "My Archives"!

I'd been hoping to catch some pix of such models as Lisa Phillips (started modeling 1988), Danuta Lato (started modeling 1986, I think), Christy Canyon (started modeling 1985), Crystal Starr (started modeling 1983), Auburn Blake (started nude modeling 1981), Helen Schmidt (started modeling 1982), Cindy Nelson (started modeling 1982).

There are a few disputable cases, models who started modeling in the 1970s and continued into the 1980s, such as Keli Stewart, Olga (a.k.a. Nikki Popoulis), Uschi Digart, Sue Nero. Are we going to have to divide their pictures up into "old" and "new" and cast out the new?

This site is decated to Vintage and retro as defined as before 1980--yes I realize there are some cross over stars---and some slip by----but if a photo looks like it was taken after 1980---I do not approve it.

As for seeing the 1980s stars --you can do that on just about any other porn site--

I depend on the uploaders to divide the pictures before they upload and not upload any taken past 1980---That is the site rules----I hope everyone abides by them ---I am human and make mistakes ----so I am sure there are some pictures that were taken after 1980 on the site.
