It means you need either an audio or video codecs on your PC you don't have yet.

Try testing the file with GSpot Codec Information Appliance:

You should maybe try to install some older versions of Quicktime codecs.
Get the latest codec via eMule. Here's the hash set:

Just got back to this and decided to uninstall my old version and download latest version. Guess what - everything now works fine - why did I not think of this before?
