You can't just download a single part of this movie, but have to download all parts first and then join them with HJSplit.
(It is like cutting a cake into pieces).

When you have joined all parts you can watch the movie - and also edit it and cut out the part you want.
Though Real Media Files are hard to edit (or convert).
