It looks like "Tina Small", a British model who wore a set of huge prosthetic boobs and did half a dozen shoots in the late 1960s, and wrote a fake autobiography.
Talk about fake! Interesting. Thanks.

There were rumours that Tina had a hormone disease and had to have her bust reduced because they kept growing.
First thought is naturally that they were fake.
Who knows?
Some pictures of "Titanic Tina" appeared in Fling magazine in the mid-to-late 1970s. The photographer was John Xavier -- the only person to photograph her. The pictures were taken in soft-focus -- or rather, excessively blurred.
There were claims that two or more models wearing prosthetic breasts portrayed Tina; nobody to my knowledge had proven that she was for real. Gent magazine published some pictures of her without Xavier's permission, and I understand he'd threatened to sue.
By the way, there are claims that Xena Fulsom was also a fraud, which is hard for me to believe. There are real cases of macromastia, and I've seen Xena in clear, sharp pictures and in motion; she's awfully realistic for a fake. If you want to see fake that LOOKS fake, look at Dixie Dynamite. She wears a harness that obscures the area where the breast joins the torso, and her breasts look stiff and unresponsive.
