In the beginning of the clip she does appear to have some type of strap around her waist. I am guessing that it was some type of primitive fall arresting device. Unfortunately she removes it half way through the job.
Also the angle of the ladder is way to low, no eye protection, no hard hat... the list goes on and on. Clearly there was no JHA conducted prior to start of work.
In her defense, I do believe that those are safety high heels she has on - unfortunately they come off as well.
