Guessing some details of the plot it seems that Professor Bomwitz invents and aphrodisiac and travels to a small town with a brothel to try it out. At the same time Armand is also going there to deal with the sex mad schoolgirls taught by Sigrid Horne Rasmussen. These girls are sent into a cellar for punishment but have a secret escape route which comes out opposite the brothel. When Armand arrives he is sent to the brothel by mistake. The prof meets some of the girls and puts some powder into a glass of fruit juice. Anne Bie Warburg drinks it and leaps on him, chases him into the countryside and has sex. Later, however, the prof finds he is impotent. He has bumped into Armand and their bags have been mixed up. At the school there is a rough initiation fight for a new girl. Then a couple of the girls expose themselves to Armand in class. For a reason I couldn't follow, Armand pours the contents of the jar of aphrodisiac into the town's reservoir. Then he joins the teacher and the girls for a meal of soup. Everyone goes berserk and they chase him out of the school and into the brothel. Two workmen also drink the water and arrive at the brothel just before the schoolgirls. An orgy ensues which ends with everyone diving into the reservoir. Some of the actresses clearly do hard core (such as Anne Bie Warburg), but some of the schoolgirls in the orgy scene seem unfamiliar compared with those clearly seen in the school.
The missing piece of the plot puzzle: Armand brings a white powder that is supposed to dampen sexual desire -- i.e. it is the opposite of an aphrodesiac -- call it an anti-aphrodesiac. Armand's powder is in the same type of bottle that Professor Bomwitz put his aphrodesiac into. After their bags get mixed up, Bomwitz tries out his aphrodesiac at the brothel. He finds he is impotent because he unknowingly took Armand's powder instead of his own. The reason Armand pours the contents of the jar of aphrodesiac into the town's reservoir is because he thinks it's the anti-aphrodesiac that Bomwitz now has -- he has the wrong bottle!
There is also something about the orbit of Venus affecting the sexual appetites (libidoes) of the young ladies at the school. Venus is passing closer to the Earth than it has in hundreds of years, and the astronomers know that the last time this happened, there was some strange sexual craziness that occurred. They have figured out that the place it is likely to happen this time is in the town where the girls' school is located, which is why Armand is sent there to use his anti-aphrodesiac on the girls.
