Tony, I have 20.0Mb broadband service in the US and I downloaded all 5 parts in less than 4.5 hours as a free Hotfile user. Maybe it is going to England or something. I noticed that they only let you download 1 file every 30 minutes. but it didn't seem to take that long. http://www.myarchives.net//images/styles/leather/icons/icon11.gif

I have always found Hotfile (and a number of the others - one actually quoted me 28 hrs:frown: once) to require 10 plus hours per link, so I never even try now. Mediafire, Megaupload, and FileFactory are all OK as a free user - but I have an RS account and can d/l any number of links at the same time (the maximum to date has been 22 consecutive ones) - 10 to 15 usually take 25 to 30 minutes and rarely more than 45 minutes.

I just have to accept that's the way it is, but I am not prepared to pay to use all the various sites people use here.

I agree I won't pay for all the different services used here (except Rapid Share), but I check to see if I can use the free version each time I see something that looks worth the trouble. If it works and doesn't take too long I use it.

I don't want to prolong the slightly 'off topic' discussion here in a thread about beautiful breasts.

However, I tried this movie again today - at 12.00 noon GMT the 1st link d/l took 2hrs 30mins at 30-40kB, whilst the 2nd link started at 16.00 GMT was still going at 7-10kB at 19.00 with 58% and 3hrs 45mins still to go!!

I have just d/ld 12 parts of another movie all at the same time, each 120Mb, through RS in 25 mins total.

For me Hotfile free no go.
