Is it only me who´ll having these problems?

For about 3 weeks or so I havent been able to upload any new pics in the gallery...when it comes to the last moment in the posting procedure it´s just the image title and some BIG RED F...ING Xs...it makes me really sad.
Grateful for any feedback in this matter.
