I have looked on the FAQ, but not been able to find how members progress from junior to good members and so on. Also there appears to be a section only available to certain members how does that work, many thanks.

The 'Private' folder is only available (with a password) to members with 150 posts or more. If Kevin doesn't pick that up when you reach it, which I think you may have although I can't remember if image posts count, just pm him or any of the Moderators and they will send you the password.
