She is known by the name Moyra or Moyra Melons. There is a Yahoo Group dedicated to her with a large number of her pictures. However, I've been led to understand that her face was merely photoshopped onto pictures of Marlene "The Body".

The first is better moderated, the second has more pictures. Both have a huge number of photos of this woman as zipped files.

There appear to be a large number of fakes mixed with real pictures. I would love to believe that some of the erotic photos are really her.

Totally agree on the first photo, and the second one although I think you can see the join (unless she is wearing a fine necklace).

I think the third one is a genuine photo, but with the 'bondage straps' having been added, as possibly also the belt.

Very, very few of these photos are real. 99% are fakes. I have seen a handful were she is wearing a floral print dress (not the above one in the 1st post, thats a fake too) where it does seem real. The animated gif posted is questionable too. If you look closely at the face the skin tone on the face is darker than the neck and chest.

I think that's down to lighting only, though it's difficult to say on a low quality gif. The photos of her outdoors in a pink t-shirt and floral skirt seem real, as do the 50's homage pictures in a tight green top.
