The 'lady' was know as Hilda (or the triumph of big women) and the German series was invented as a joke by Jim in the late 1930's, one of the illustrators usually signed as Carlo.

The second picture in the first series is reversed from the one in the Taschen book of 20th Century Erotica Vol.2.

Searches on the internet can turn up other sources of these drawings, but I don't think there are many on this site. I'll see if I can remedy that.
