I just came across some great photo's here with the title" the _Late_ June Palmer. I did a *google* but could not find anything out about her life.
Any info. would be appreciated.

June Palmer was a British born model who began her modelling career in the late 50's. June had that buxom girl next door look along with a fantastic 39-23-37 figure which made her an instant and international success. As one photographer once stated...'June was beautiful from no matter what angle she was photographed from'.
She was probably best known as one of the most popular models to be photographed by Harrison Marks and appeared in his/KAMERA publications, but was also photographed by Arthur Howell, with whom she ran the Strobe Studio together during their ten year marriage.
June enjoyed great popularity in both Britain and the United States, where she appeared in Monsieur, Adam, Modern Man, and many other popular girly magazines, culminating in Playbay, right up until she left modelling in the late 1970's. She sometimes appeared as June Power and Rachel Wells.
June also made quite a few 8mm movie loops and appeared in a handful of b-movies, including "The Nine Ages of Nakedness", "Taste The Blood of Dracula", "Games That Lovers Play", "Not Tonight, Darling" and "On The Move".
June was born in England on August 4, 1940. She departed from this earthly life around the end of 2003.

June Palmer was only 5'2", but in that short frame there was contained the most shapely body: another reference quoted it as 38:23:37, but figures don't convey its amazing subtleties and her beautiful and expressive face, that becomes more attractive the more one studies it - and shining through, her warm and friendly nature, which must be the ultimate key to why she was so popular.
